 DAY
1 / CUSCO CITY TOUR
Upon arrival reception, assistance and transfer to the hotel. Visitors
should take a short rest in order to adjust to altitude. Afternoon tour
of the city visiting the Koricancha Temple and the Cathedral. Continue
to the surrounding ruins: the fortress and temple of Sacsayhuaman
overlooking the city, Kenko, Puca-Pucara and Tambomachay archeological
sites.
DAY 2/ SACRED VALLEY
This tour is available on Tuesdays , Thursdays or Sundays.
You will be picked up at 8:45 am. Full day excursion to the Urubamba
Valley visiting: the village of Pisac, a picturesque village of colonial
aspect and its andean market,colorful folklore and eye-catching
craftwork. Lunch provided. In the afternoon you'll visit the fortress of
Ollantaytambo, an architectural group which in the Inca times was a
gigantic agricultural, administrative, social, religious and military
complex, then yuo will vist Chinchero´s market. At the end, back to
Cusco at 6:30pm . Overnight (B,L)
DAY 3 / RAFTING
Early in the morning we pick you up from your hotel and drive through
the South part of Cusco to Chuquicahuana (1 hour half), here you will
receive your safety explanation and equipment and you have a fantastic
opportunity to raft in some Class II and III rapids. Here the rapids
move and lot faster and they are constant Class II and III for around 11
kms.
In the take out we dry off and change clothes, we will have a picnic,
lunch at the side of the river. (Toilet facilities). Return to Cusco and
end of our services.
 DAY
4 / MOUNTAIN BIKE MARAS MORAY
We Pick up from your hotel and transfer to the Inca town of Chincheros
(30 minutes). After we attend our instructions talk about our bikes and
the off road trail conditions.We will bike to the town of Chequereq with
an impressive landscape of Andean lakes and snow capped mountains. We
have the chance to pass many agriculture field and small villages. Our
support van will follow us all the time ready to help or bring any
assistance to our group. We will visit the town of Maras and the
experimental agricultural terraces of Moray.The first part of the trip
ends in Maras town with our picnic lunch. After it and some rest we
follow the trail down to visit the impressive salt mines of Maras.After
a guided sightseeing we have to return to Cusco. End of our services.
DAY 5 / MACHU PICCHU
Catch the morning train for a full day tour of Machu Picchu, the `Lost
City of the Incas` one of the most renowned examples of Inca
architecture. Surrounded by lush cloud forest, the citadel is located on
a mist-shrouded mountain top.
In the afternoon return to Cusco and transfer to hotel (D,A).
