Huchuy Qosqo Trail 2 Days

The most important city of the Inca Empire, Cusco, is located at 3350 masl, where we will go by bus to the Sacred Valley passing through the villages of Maras, Chinchero, Urubamba and Ollantaytambo, towns with living identity that have been maintained through years. Our starting point starts at KM 82 at 2800 masl
Day 1: Cusco Tambomachay Laguna Qoricocha
This unforgettable experience begins very early, after breakfast we will meet at your hotel to transfer by bus to the Tambomachay archaeological complex (3,720 masl), 20 minutes from the city of Cusco.
We will not lose details about the place by having the expocisión of the guide. We will start the march to the village of Qorimarca (3,760 masl) in the middle of beautiful Andean landscapes and surrounded by grass known with the Quechua name of Ichu that only grows in the heights.
We will witness the llamas in a watercolor of Andean landscapes, write your story do not miss the opportunity to take memories and photographs. It is time to start the camp, we will head for the lagoon of Qoricocha (4,030 masl) to enjoy tea time and dinner.

Day 2: Laguna Qoricocha Pucamarca Huchuy Qosqo Lamay Cusco
Today we will meet Huchuy Qosqo! We will start the promotion after breakfast. We will have the opportunity to encounter more llamas, and then descend to the town of Pucamarca (3,970 masl).
We will notice on the trail the remains of the Inca road that leads to Huchuy Qosqo. We will go through mountains that dominate the Sacred Valley of the Incas to an esplanade where the captivating Inca archaeological complex is also known as “Little Cusco” (at 3,630 masl) What better than having a formidable view of the area and the mountains of The Urubamba Range, the snowy Pitusiray (at 5,600 masl) and Sahuasiray (at 5,720 masl).
We will have enough time to fully enjoy the archaeological complex of Huchuy Qosqo. It is time to return. In the afternoon we descend to the town of Lamay to drive to the Imperial city of Cusco and drive to your hotel.

It is important to take into account that passengers arrive in Cusco at least two days before to acclimatize and make the trek. You can do practice tours like visiting the city and the Sacred Valley, these are gentle walks at considerable heights.
